Lady Barbara J. Fluellen was born in Rochester, New York. She gave her life to the Lord in 1972, baptized at the age of 7 at Holy Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of the Late Pastor Milton Lewis Daniels, Sr.
As she grew in the church she has been very active throughout the years at Holy Trinity. She has held all of the following positions: Youth and Young Adult Usher – Treasurer, Church Clerk, Announcement Clerk, Sunday School – Administrative Assistant and Treasurer, Deaconess Board, Trustee Board, Floral Committee, Women’s Fellowship, Church Anniversary Committee and Family Day Committee until her husband Pastor Daniel Fluellen Sr. was called to be the Shepherd of St. Paul Believers Holiness Church in May 2015.
She has been a volunteer in the City School District for over 10 years. She currently works in the school district as a para-professional support to autistic students. She loves football (Pittsburgh Steelers) and love movies especially Rocky. She is a very strong advocate for the children and the elderly. As her grandmother once told her be kind to the children and elderly, for you once were a child and you pray to get old one day and you want for someone to show you love and appreciation.
Her favorite scripture is Psalms 23. As being a servant of the MOST HIGH, she is woman that has been saved by grace and mercy through the sacrificial Death and Resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who loves God and His people. She is kind hearted and giving. She is very thankful for the LOVE that has been given from the St. Paul Believers Holiness Church family. May God continue to keep each of us on this journey for the Lord.
